I like to look at everything, especially what doesn’t want to be seen.
I build installations, make objects, and cut videos to play with space and time.
I position my body closely in my practice. I observe with my fingers.
I am interested in commercial products, infrastructures and raw materials.
My work takes me to the production processes that build our daily life. I engage through an aesthetic experience.
There, my research into the veiled violence manifests in material, where I cast a playful gaze on the structural extraction of labour and natural resources, routined in our contemporary world.
I grapple with these conflicts as I recalibrate function and value in and around the past, present, and (indefinite) future of the resource.
